  • We are flattered that you want to buy from our collections! Unfortunately for right now we are only shipping Australia Wide but hope to have international shipping sorted soon if the demand is high enough!

  • As our collections are all limited batches it is unlikely we will restock exactly the same style, colour combo or design again. If there is a particular item you really want and you have missed out - please reach out to us using our contact form or email us at hello@madebybec.com as we may have some spares not listed on the site or be able to advise on restocking ETAs.

  • We aim to always have some Clip-On converters stocked so please reach out to us or put a note in your order and our friendly team will get in touch prior to shipping your order out to confirm if the change is possible for the style you have chosen or if any adjustments can be made to accommodate.

    We hope to have gauge style earrings (plugs / tunnels) in the coming months! We just want to make sure they are perfect before we start stocking them! In the meantime our stretched babes can opt for huggie converters - it just depends on how big your gauge is as to if we have the right size in stock!

  • Please check with your Grown-Ups before purchasing. We will not be held liable for any orders incorrectly placed and we would hate for you to get into trouble!

    Additionally - our website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or anyone considered a minor in your respective state, territory or country so please speak with your adult first!

  • Made By Bec currently accepts Credit Cards & PayPal through our secure Stripe Gateway or PayPal secured carts.

  • Made By Bec does not currently have Afterpay available but if enough customers request it - we may have to change that! Please let us know if you’d like us to have Afterpay as an option.

  • No. Only one discount code can be used with each order.

  • Unfortunately discount codes must be entered at the checkout stage as we have no way of redeeming them later on our end! Please keep the discount code and use it on your next order or if the order has only just been placed, contact our team asap and we may be able to cancel the order for you to then place again. Unfortunately this could mean the items sell out to someone else though so it may be best to keep it for another order.

    If the code is expiring soon for whatever reason, please reach out to our friendly team and they may be able to issue you a new code or extend the validity of your existing code if it has not been used.

  • An email will have been sent to you once the item has shipped. Chances are it has gone to your spam but if you still can’t find it - Please get in touch with us ASAP either using our form below or email us at hello@madebybec.com with your order# so that we can look into it for you!

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any orders due to suspected fraudulent activity at our discretion. If you believe an order has been cancelled in error, please reach out to our friendly team ASAP so that we can investigate and rectify this for you.

  • Oh no! We are sorry to hear that - We pour our heart and soul into making cute items and never want anyone to be unhappy with our products. As our earrings are handmade there may be slight variances / imperfections present but we will never sell a product that we are not in love with ourselves or happy to wear. If you are not satisfied with the product, please reach out to our team at hello@madebybec.com with pictures of the mark within 24 hrs of receiving the item so that we can discuss a resolution. Please ensure you do not throw away the packaging the item was shipped in as this may help with your claim later on, especially if it was damaged in transit.

  • Oh that's embarrassing, sorry! Please reach out to our team with a photograph of the item and reference your original order # so that we can resolve the issue for you asap :)
